Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with revenue policies for accurate revenue recognition.
• Execute transactions flawlessly within SAP to uphold data integrity.
• Provide precise reporting of revenue details and other financial metrics.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to comprehend their requirements and execute revenue recognition in SAP (S4 HANA).
• Maintain comprehensive records of revenue and assist delivery teams with ad hoc revenue-related reports.
• Proficiently navigate SAP (S4 HANA) for tasks including Customer Purchase Order creation, Sales Order creation, and Project setup.
• Manage e3 for timesheets and resource allocations, including tagging resources to projects and ensuring timesheet compliance.
• Facilitate effective communication with delivery managers and stakeholders.
• Address conflicts promptly and seek assistance to mitigate risks related to revenue recognition.
• Timely generation of Billing Documents in SAP with necessary documentation and integration into the General Ledger.
• Recognize and manage risks associated with delayed inputs.
• Report revenue variances to Business Unit Management.
• Provide operational support such as raising Purchase Requisitions for Business Unit material requirements.
• Contribute to team initiatives and demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes and tools.
• Adapt to changes in processes and tools, actively supporting their successful implementation, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Set and achieve stretch targets while aligning with evolving business needs.
• Commit to regular office attendance and adhere to flexible working hours during billing cycles.
• Deliver metrics to stakeholders punctually.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and effective oral and written communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proficiency in managing Sales Orders, Timesheets, Purchase Orders, and overall Business Operations.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interaction within the team and with stakeholders.
• Ability to handle Billing processes efficiently.
• Commitment to ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Preferred skills:

• Familiarity with Sales Orders, Timesheets, Purchase Orders, Business Operations, Communication, Billing, and Compliance procedures.
