Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing daily transaction processing activities within a designated process or team.
Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and designated volume targets on a daily basis.
Ensure compliance and adherence to internal policies in accordance with Internal Controls.
Gain an understanding of the overall ERP system and Shared services system interfaces and processes, proposing enhancements to existing systems and processes.
Ensure the successful delivery of services and verify the quality of service delivery.
Address operational concerns, if any, with the team lead.
Maintain positive relationships, facilitate education, and resolve issues effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

Preferred Skills:

Advanced proficiency in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Advanced Excel skills.
Extensive experience in generating invoices.
