Key Responsibilities:
- Determine staffing needs according to demand forecasts.
- Develop employee schedules aimed at optimizing service provision while reducing expenses.
- Ensure timely updates of resource schedules using the schedule management tool (Retain).
- Promptly address and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Proactively assess resource availability and anticipate future project requirements.
- Reduce instances of unfilled demand.
- Manage mailbox correspondence efficiently.
- Enhance resource utilization by deploying resources effectively.
- Perform basic reporting and analysis tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recent graduates with 0-1 year of pertinent experience in workforce management are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Fundamental proficiency in MS Excel.
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- A positive demeanor and capability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
