Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver predetermined outcomes with the utmost quality and efficiency.
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks, leveraging the global organization’s support when needed.
  • Perform due diligence and client surveillance in accordance with policies, maintaining strict confidentiality and achieving 100% accuracy.
  • Ensure client objectives are achieved while strictly adhering to all processes and procedures.
  • Serve as a facilitator between our global teams, local teams, and Australian clients, emphasizing urgency and striving to exceed expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of project objectives and, if necessary, lead their implementation.
  • Collaborate with client teams within the scope of your delegated authority.
  • Manage teams and initiatives as required.
  • Assist in the review of policies, SOPs, and process flows, providing recommendations for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Capability to comprehend the broader context, work autonomously, initiate actions, and foster team collaboration to address challenges.
  • Proficiency in building, assessing, and guiding teams.
  • Capacity to exercise independent judgment and discretion while managing highly sensitive casework.
  • Proficient business communication skills in English are essential.
  • Exposure to contact center operations.

Preferred skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in Banking, Operations, or Financial Crime Risk Management.
  • Background in Customer Lifecycle Management, including KYC, Client Onboarding, Product Fulfillment, Offboarding, Periodic Review, and Client Middle Office functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with adeptness in managing team and client interactions.
