Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and comprehend the primary tax points within clients’ end-to-end business operations to address specific requirements.
- Gather and comprehend clients’ tax and business needs to devise an optimal Oracle Tax framework or supplement it with appropriate alternative tax technology solutions.
- Assist the team in formulating, constructing, and integrating tax prerequisites and procedures into Oracle systems architecture or broader tax technology solutions to fulfill clients’ needs.
- Aid the team in evaluating the business ramifications of technical decisions.
- Assist the project team by documenting and monitoring risks and issues as they arise.
- Support the project team in cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders, keeping them informed of technical solution challenges, risks, and issues.
- Maintain process documentation while continuously enhancing internal and client processes.
- Provide regular progress updates to the project team regarding project status, alignment with projected scope, timelines, and budget.
- Collaborate effectively within diverse teams, fostering an inclusive culture where contributions are acknowledged.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce (B.com/M.com), or MBA Finance.
- Possession of an MBA, Chartered Accountant (CA), Engineering degree, or any other bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Post-graduation in ERP from a reputable university.
Preferred skills:
- 0-3 years of experience working with ERP systems, with preference given to Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle eBusiness Suite for Tax.
- Strong IT skills with a keen interest in learning new technologies and skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle solution architecture design is preferred.
- Practical or theoretical understanding of common business processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, even under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in work.
