Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily audits as assigned by Operations and Quality Assurance Team Leads.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and internal teams to conduct error analysis effectively.
- Lead efforts to rectify errors, collaborating with internal teams to achieve permanent resolutions based on identified issues.
- Report error trends to Project Managers, Quality Assurance Managers, and Operations.
- Provide refresher sessions for teams on Quality Control findings and Process Knowledge Transfers (PKTs) as needed.
- Address ad-hoc requests received from the business and operations team in alignment with business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Accounting with 6 months of relevant experience.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit a proven ability to build robust customer relationships, with a keen understanding of customer focus and service delivery.
- Possess a solid understanding of MS Office applications and ERP/SAP systems, particularly those applicable to Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Showcase exceptional organizational and communication skills.
