Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop analytics pertaining to cost, cash, quality, speed, and capacity to enhance overall supply chain efficiency within the organization.
  • Utilize statistical methods and tools such as Advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to furnish diverse analytics to the leadership team, aiding in decision-making, strategic actions, and planning.
  • Collaborate with global supply teams and supply leadership, adeptly managing supply data systems and spearheading new project initiatives.
  • Create and deliver supply chain analytical reports to the Final Control leadership team on a monthly basis using Tableau and Advanced Excel, facilitating crucial strategic actions.
  • Identify and implement best practices in analytics and business intelligence to optimize operations within Final Control.
  • Establish and upkeep key performance metrics and benchmark reports concerning supply chain performance.
  • Analyze purchasing-related data, including material purchases, receipts, costs, purchase price variance, and supplier performance.
  • Concentrate resources on continuously improving material flow through supply chain part approval processes.
  • Assist in developing standardized processes, systems, and templates to provide a comprehensive overview of risk mitigation activities, fostering cohesion among multiple business supply chain teams.
  • Design and produce critical metric data visualization reports for supply chain leadership, conducting proactive analytics to generate actionable insights.
  • Evaluate extensive volumes of scattered supply and logistics raw data across multiple files, extracting pertinent information to conduct insightful data analytics.
  • Respond adeptly to ad-hoc and sudden data analytical requirements from supply management, completing tasks promptly and proactively.
  • Ensure timely delivery of error-free supply chain critical metric reports, scorecards, dashboards, and analytics reports.
  • Conduct orientation and user training sessions on supply systems as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proficiency in managing and analyzing big data sets.
  • Exceptional digital literacy coupled with technical proficiency, encompassing robust data gathering, interpretation, and reporting skills tailored for supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with specialized expertise in data analysis and management tools such as Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, PowerPoint, and SQL.
  • Knowledge and application of strategic sourcing methodologies, supply chain management principles, contracting processes, procurement strategies, and foresight in supplier management.
  • Previous experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a preference for proficiency in SAP and Oracle platforms.

Preferred skills:

  • Possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both verbal and written English, as collaboration with overseas teams is required.
  • Holding a certificate in Big Data Management and Analytics would be advantageous.
