Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions for various subsystems within our applications, involving collaboration across the entire development lifecycle, from requirements definition to deployment.
- Acquire a deep understanding of our applications, their structure, and how customers interact with them.
- Stay updated on current trends in technology and development tools through ongoing research.
- Document and present solutions effectively using a variety of methods, including documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and well-commented code.
- Conduct defect analysis, root cause investigations, and collaborate on resolutions.
- Adhere to established internal quality systems and incorporate standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements into coding activities.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills needed to be successful:
- Proficient in clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Sound understanding of scripting and object-oriented software development principles.
- Functional expertise in relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Proficient in software development with a solid grasp of development methodologies.
- Familiarity with refactoring or re-engineering solutions.
- Thorough understanding of design principles and patterns.
- Strong comprehension of Agile software development methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent experience.
- Have 0-2 years of experience in software development lifecycle, software testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with C, C++, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, as well as proficiency in multi-tiered application design and development.
- Understanding of relational database management system (RDBMS) design, including experience with SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
- Proficiency in HTML/DHTML and JavaScript.
Preferred skills:
- Understanding of medical devices or healthcare software.
- Proficiency with .NET-ASP, C#, and VB.net technologies.
