Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update current automation test frameworks.
- Gather and present quality metrics obtained from test executions.
- Collaborate with developers to devise tailored testing approaches for newly developed features and automate these processes.
- Develop detailed test plans, implement them, and automate when possible.
- Assist engineering teams in diagnosing and resolving issues related to applications and development/testing environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and coding skills, demonstrating high-quality outcomes, even with 0+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in various automated testing frameworks, such as Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in working with the agile methodology within software development teams.
- Understanding of various testing techniques, including performance, unit, integration, and automated testing, along with the capability to recognize their strengths and weaknesses. Proficient in addressing any identified issues.
- Competence in utilizing a variety of tools such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and system administration/Unix tools to facilitate daily tasks.
