Key Responsibilities:
- Extract data and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to generate reports according to the designated schedule.
- Monitor the efficient operation of assigned sites remotely through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
- Initiate audits and works at the sites to assess various operational performances.
- Develop and implement SOPs, analyze data, and suggest enhancements to features and processes.
- Open to working on weekends as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
- Proficiency with Excel.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency with SQL.
