Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Procurement One Data strategy effectively, adhering to defined guidelines and objectives.
• Maintain the highest level of Data Quality by executing the data quality roadmap meticulously.
• Comprehend business requirements thoroughly, formulate data strategy, and identify pertinent data elements crucial for generating insights.
• Develop and deploy Power BI or Graph-based insights, tailoring them to suit the needs of end users.

Eligibility Criteria:

• In-depth understanding of Technology Scale Up, with a track record of launching analytical dashboards and insights across diverse platforms and geographical regions.
• Proficiency in Power BI/SQL, along with a comprehensive understanding of applying Data Science methodologies to address business challenges.
• Hands-on experience with data manipulation, including building queries and conducting tests using various programming languages such as SQL and Python.
• Possesses a rigorous mindset, refusing to settle for incomplete solutions and striving for excellence in all endeavors.
• Ability to capture business requirements, devise solutions, and successfully implement them using Power BI.
• Familiarity with product management principles, having contributed to the delivery of multi-country products/platforms as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated expertise in operating and project managing within a complex organizational environment.
• Experience in Communication, Change Management, and Developing Learning Plans.

Preferred skills:

• Participation in a global rollout of a product/programme.
• Professional Skills (foundation/practitioner/mentor):
• Proficient in Product Management in Technology (Practitioner level).
• Competent in Product Discovery and Solution Design (Practitioner level).
• Skilled in Project Management (Practitioner level).
• Foundational understanding of Product lifecycle management.
• Proficient in Supply Chain Business Understanding (Practitioner level).
• Demonstrates strong “Inner game” leadership qualities.
