Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to identify potential use cases and collaborate with GBS service lines to delineate clear user stories aimed at enhancing customer experience and business performance.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across GBS and our clientele, advocating the capabilities of ServiceNow while comprehending their service offerings and how ServiceNow could augment them.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops with Service Line leads to facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis, impact assessment, clarification, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in GBS, the supported businesses, and the development team to establish and sustain the product backlog.
- Lead discussions on business process design with counterparts in the business.
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders and prioritize the demand pipeline accordingly.
- Provide technical and interpersonal guidance to junior team members.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of GBS and ServiceNow implementations and their corresponding business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience working with the ServiceNow platform or within its ecosystem.
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow’s technical architecture and core functionalities, with configuration experience considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into well-defined solutions aligned with best practices, including catalog items and workflows.
- Practical experience in designing for user experience is beneficial.
- Preference for an individual who champions agile methodologies with a solid grasp of project and product management principles.
- Proven ability to thrive in an agile environment and effectively navigate ambiguity.
- Strong business acumen, including the development of business cases and adept management of commercially savvy technology suppliers.
