Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of contingent workers in Fieldglass.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding HR policies and processes concerning the contingent workforce.
- Take ownership of the contingent worker mailbox and Slack channels.
- Generate reports for key stakeholders as required.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams such as Finance, IT, and procurement.
- Assist in the development and upkeep of the CWR global microsite.
- Ensure the integrity of CWR data.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Graduate degree or its equivalent.
- Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Desirable to have knowledge of working with Workday.
- Expected to demonstrate the highest level of integrity.
