Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, enhancement, maintenance, and evaluation of critical tools and infrastructure to facilitate global Sourcing support. These tools encompass, but are not limited to, a Contract repository, spend analytics, and Sourcing Project Management.
- Serve as the administrator for the Company’s sourcing tool set, involving the administration, maintenance, and improvement of the environment, along with user training. This may also encompass the management of third-party collaborators, such as software as a service cloud providers. The current technology stack includes Spend Visibility (SAP Ariba), Contract Management (SAP Ariba), Sourcing Project Management (internal PowerApp application), various knowledge management and collaboration sites (SharePoint sites), and Supplier Management System (ProcessUnity).
- Act as the primary point of contact for issues and coordinate secondary support from Ariba Customer Service.
- Develop and manage the enrichment rule set to enhance the accuracy of Spend Visibility enrichment.
- Support the system training program for Sourcing and business customers utilizing Sourcing and Supplier Management tools, involving the design and maintenance of training packages for different tools and processes, as well as managing training compliance.
- Create reports, metrics, and dashboards as needed to monitor team efficiency and respond to ad hoc requests for information.

Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with Sourcing tools such as Ariba or the ability to swiftly grasp similar tools for administrative functions.
- Proficient in communication and presentation skills, particularly for training purposes.
- Demonstrates a customer service-oriented approach.
- Possesses project management capabilities.
