Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically align HR initiatives with business needs, focusing on enhancing team efficiency, organizational assessment and design, addressing people issues, line leader challenges, and staying abreast of trends to support the company’s expansion and competitiveness.
  • Cultivate a culture that prioritizes leadership efficiency, employee engagement, innovation, and workforce productivity.
  • Provide organizational insights to aid decision-makers in making informed choices, while coaching and developing leaders to enhance people management capabilities, mitigate operational risk, and ensure compliance with business and HR/ER regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR services and solutions to tailor business-specific execution strategies, addressing the unique challenges faced by line leaders within the business.
  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies, processes, and policy guidelines, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all legal requirements pertaining to pay policies and regulations.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process organization-wide, ensuring the availability of accurate and updated data.
  • Drive the normalization and moderation process, conducting analysis of internal and external data to derive insightful findings that contribute to achieving business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Holds an MBA in Human Resources from a Tier 1 Campus.

Preferred skills:

  • Demonstrates 0 to 3 years of verified experience.
  • Possesses skills in employee engagement.
  • Engages in culture-building initiatives.
  • Proficient in HR analytics.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and demonstrates the ability to improve work processes.
