Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in deliberate and organized career development endeavors while receiving proactive coaching and mentoring.
- Undertaking formal training sessions covering engineering fundamentals crucial to Baker Hughes Engineers and pertinent to the business domain.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency as a full stack developer in Javascript development, with expertise in UI frameworks like Angular or React, and familiarity with Microservices architecture.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledgeable in software and coding languages such as C# and Java.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Have graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program within the past 36 months.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English, coupled with effective communication skills.

- Possess geographical mobility (locations may vary) and be willing to travel internationally.
