Key Responsibilities:
- Data Exploration: Engages with data from diverse sources to extract insights, recognize underlying patterns, and generate forecasts based on historical data trends. Identifies additional data necessary to bolster advanced insights.
- Analytics Requirements: Collaborates closely with data teams and business stakeholders to extract, refine, and clearly articulate analytics requirements.
- Partnering: Conveys recommendations to business partners and shapes future strategies based on derived insights.
- Data Transformation: Models, interprets, and refines data packets, applying intricate calculations that ensure accuracy and efficiency across extensive datasets.
- Data Storytelling: Condenses findings from data analysis and guides audiences through a compelling, data-driven narrative.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Experienced in quantitative or statistical analysis, data mining, predictive or statistical modeling, applied programming, data management, data transformation, data visualization, and/or quantitative or statistical research.
- Able to adjust communication style to effectively engage diverse business and technical audiences.
- Take full ownership of key metrics, collaborating with relevant product owners to identify areas requiring measurement and ensuring progress in the intended direction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define problem statements, gather data, develop analytical models, and provide recommendations.
- Identify and implement efficient processes for data reporting, dashboarding, and communication.
