Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with respective Capgemini offices.
- Coordinate effectively with the Group reporting team.
- Prepare, upload, and review general entries.
- Conduct weekly reviews of the General Ledger and address any identified discrepancies.
- Generate financial statements/MIS reports as required by the Capgemini office.
- Review periodic reports, budgets, office-specific reports, and Trial Balance statements.
- Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines for BFC reporting, Audit processes, etc.
- Coordinate with sub-processes including Revenue, Accounts Payable (AP), Banking, Intercompany Settlement (ICS), and Payroll.
- Address ad hoc reports and requests promptly.
- Respond to queries raised by the reporting team in a timely manner.
- Manage statutory audits for overseas legal entities effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ M.Com/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in General Ledger management.
- Understanding of statutory requirements for overseas legal entities.
- Fundamental knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes.
- Fundamental knowledge of Accounts Payable and Banking procedures.
- Familiarity with Accounting Standards and principles specific to the relevant Capgemini Entity.
