Key Responsibilities for Analyst – Data Analytics:
- Explore and identify relevant datasets, employing exploratory mathematics and statistical techniques for analysis.
- Develop procedures to efficiently manipulate large datasets to expedite analysis processes.
- Construct scalable Proof of Concepts (POCs) or Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) based on Machine Learning in alignment with the Product Vision and roadmap.
- Prototype solutions for various use cases, integrating feedback to enhance analysis or Machine Learning models.
- Demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and delivery of key milestones.
- Provide regular status updates to the leadership team, actively addressing and resolving issues, facilitating decision-making, and identifying interdependencies across workstreams.
- Foster innovation by gathering ideas and exploring opportunities to enhance capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders across the enterprise.
- Comprehend business objectives, refine technical requirements, and collaborate with Technology teams for effective implementation.
- Actively participate in project team meetings, communicating efficiently with peers, architects, system analysts, project managers, and other relevant stakeholders, while reporting project status as necessary.
Key Responsibilities for Analyst – Data Science:
- Provide fraud prevention solutions to Accertify’s clients.
- Gain insight into the primary drivers and behaviors associated with different forms of fraud.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and challenges in fraud prevention within the industry and among Accertify’s clients.
- Foster modeling innovation: Create and refine models using cutting-edge machine learning and AI techniques.
- Enhance data science practices: Engage in Feature Engineering with client data from various global industries to enhance model accuracy and economic performance beyond the existing framework.
- Collaborate with multiple colleagues at Accertify to implement models and develop capabilities that optimize decision-making processes and drive revenue growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in engineering, data science, computer science, information technology, information management, statistics, or related disciplines.
- For postgraduate qualifications, candidates with degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Management are preferred.
- Have 0-3 years of applicable experience in the Analytics, Modeling, or Decision Science domain.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with modeling design practices and experience with Machine Learning/AI data products is advantageous.
- Exposure to Product-Oriented roles is considered beneficial.
- Possess strong quantitative skills, showcasing the capability to lead and conduct analyses effectively.
- Ability to interpret and leverage a diverse range of apparently unstructured data attributes.
