Key Responsibilities:
- Interface and collaborate with client engagement partners to comprehend RFP/RFI requirements thoroughly.
- Develop detailed scope documents, encompassing functional and non-functional requirements, features, etc., ensuring comprehensive capture of both stated and unstated customer needs.
- Create workflow charts and diagrams, examining system capabilities, and drafting specifications following extensive research and analysis of customer requirements.
- Engage and liaise with internal teams including project managers, pre-sales teams, tech leads, and architects to craft accurate and timely responses to RFP/RFIs.
- Understand and articulate the financial and operational implications of any proposed changes.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to solicit clarifications and feedback regarding proposed solutions for specific RFP/RFIs, directing the delivery team accordingly to adjust the design.
- Empower customers through demonstrations and presentations of proposed solutions/prototypes.
- Foster and sustain customer relationships to optimize business integration and facilitate lead generation.
- Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers to enhance and deliver greater value (services/products) to them.

- Domain/Industry Knowledge: Proficient understanding and awareness of broad economic, demographic, technological, and global trends in the IT industry.

- Process Excellence: Demonstrated capability to execute projects with a focus on end outcomes and processes, including a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end delivery processes and their governance.
- Documentation and Research Orientation: Expertise in articulating requirements, applying and documenting them, and conducting market/secondary research in emerging areas of expertise.
