Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, formulate business specifications, and translate them into functional business processes.
- Document workflows and outcomes of business analysis, obtaining user sign-off on specifications.
- Aid the technical team in translating application functionality into architecture and producing business functionality requirements.
- Communicate business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team, serving as a liaison between enterprise operational management and technical teams, managing expectations, and defining satisfaction metrics.
- Develop and implement test plans to ensure proper implementation of business requirements, meeting ROI objectives.
- Understand long-term business objectives and propose strategies to achieve them, incorporating technological innovations into business processes where appropriate.
- Assist business operations staff in content development, recommend enhancements, and identify new business requirements.
- Utilize knowledge of system capacity to assess project feasibility.
- Stay updated on new hardware and software developments, recommending upgrades to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT application analysts and programmers as needed.
- Analyze departmental production and redesign workflows as necessary.
- Develop, edit, and maintain operating procedures and standards manuals.
- Serve as a consultant for work measurement, system studies, or cost-effectiveness analysis.
- Offer assistance to external organizations to improve internal procedures beneficial to the enterprise.
- Conduct training sessions for implementing new or improved systems and procedures.
- Facilitate meetings across various levels of management for presentations, reviews, and approvals.
- Meet or exceed the enterprise’s performance standards, particularly in procedures development and analysis.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated.
- Identify areas for policy and procedure improvement or development, offering recommendations accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Holds 0 to 2 years of experience in IRM, GRC, Cyber SecOps design, transition, or operations processes.
- Demonstrates experience in business analysis and configuring or administering IRM, SecOps modules of the ServiceNow Platform.
- Possesses an understanding of Scrum Methodology.
- Possesses a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, with specific expertise in the presales/microcertifications module.
- Holds a Business Analyst certification from IIBA, PMI (PBA), or an equivalent certification.
