Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend and acquire knowledge regarding methods for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
- Assist in developing the necessary data engineering and feature engineering capabilities to facilitate customer-centric analytics and visualization.
- Construct sophisticated predictive models aimed at optimizing segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the visualization team to conceptualize and oversee the construction of dashboards and tools for facilitating data access and performance monitoring for the business.
- Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to implement and deploy solutions effectively.
- Engage in collaboration with customer analytics and digital analytics experts to delineate and establish distinctive go-to-market analytics features and frameworks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science (Graduating in 2023)
- Maintained a minimum of 70% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th, or Diploma, and undergraduate courses.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, MS Power BI, Tableau, and Cloud technology.
- Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Knowledgeable in data science concepts, including machine learning, and natural language processing, which is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with operations in the mutual fund/asset management industry is an added bonus.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues across different time zones.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates teamwork abilities and willingness to work flexible hours.
- Capable of working in an agile, test & learn, and iterative environment.
