Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outgoing calls to clients.
- Respond to client requests through chat and email channels.
- Analyze client requests received via chat and email.
- Facilitate conflict resolution with clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in PC usage at a confident user level.
- Familiarity with Google products such as Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Demonstrates grammatically correct written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibits competent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English languages.
- Possesses typing skills of at least 100 words per minute.
- Communication: effectively conveys information, thoughts, ideas, and emotions verbally and in writing.
