Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a range of data tools, including SQL and Python within Hadoop and GCP environments, to perform analytical tasks on diverse datasets and generate insights that inform the design of business processes, technical solutions, and data assets.
- Ensure traceability of both functional and non-functional requirements throughout the solution lifecycle, and conduct analysis to define data-driven product functionality.
- Provide guidance on the development and progression of Data Analysts within the organization, and promote the adoption of best practices across the Data Analyst community.
- Manage and evaluate change impact assessments for proposed requirements, critically analyzing dependencies, feasibility, scope, outputs, and process implications.
- Offer domain expertise to support design and development activities, including reviewing technical documentation and collaborating with data and technical specialists to design capabilities such as data models and business processes.
- Lead preparation for Design Authority meetings and other governance forums, and collaborate with development teams to ensure that identified challenges and feedback are effectively addressed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates a broad understanding of a portfolio of design projects, along with familiarity with relevant technical tools based on the scope of the Agile team.
- Provides advanced expertise in processes and is recognized as a subject matter authority on data, leveraging it to support and achieve value stream business objectives.
- Possesses a strong understanding of risk exposure within the organization and supports senior stakeholders in effectively managing and mitigating risks.
- Ensures successful delivery across the full project lifecycle, from capturing user requirements through to deployment and production support.
- Drives measurable continuous improvement across delivery environments and promotes best practices across multiple disciplines.
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering team collaboration and maintaining a positive team environment while engaging with diverse stakeholders.
