Key Responsibilities:
- Display attention to detail, take ownership, and be receptive to feedback, showcasing multitasking abilities across various applications and adherence to compliance measures.
- Possess strong customer service skills and proficiency in verbal English.
- Showcase analytical and problem-solving skills, emphasizing teamwork by collaborating with other support teams to resolve requests and issues promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up for all incidents, taking ownership of the customer journey for quick and accurate resolutions.
- Align with the Service Desk Voice Support team, participating in day-to-day operations, maintaining SLAs, and resolving queries related to disputes while coordinating with customers.
- Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to perform under pressure, with a focus on problem-solving and detail orientation.
- Assume responsibility for solving routine problems, following guidelines, and receiving detailed instructions on tasks, with decisions closely supervised, impacting individual work within a predetermined scope.
- Work as an individual contributor within a team, note that this role may require rotational shifts.
- Assist customers comprehensively with end-to-end support, addressing queries related to billing, packages, and technical issues as a Customer Service Associate.
- Personalize conversations, manage productivity, and demonstrate strong communication skills, with a focus on creating sales opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate
- Be a graduate from a recognized government university or a 10+2 under-graduate with a minimum of 6 months prior experience.
Preferred skills:
- Establish strong client relationships, contribute as a team player, maintain a positive attitude, and exhibit quick learning, punctuality, and discipline.
- Possess good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Uphold high standards of integrity and meet specified metrics such as CSAT, NPS, AHT, Break Adherence, Quality, Compliance, Knowledge Check Scores, Attendance, and Revenue metrics.
