Key Responsibilities for Business Execution Associate:
- Execute a variety of routine human resources tasks concerning company policies, benefits, payroll, training, and time away, or addressing related inquiries, within a service center or human resource department environment.
- Utilize internal human resources information systems (HRIS), such as ServiceNow and Workday, to resolve basic issues or inquiries.
- Provide assistance to employees regarding human resources-related matters using developing knowledge of company personnel policies and procedures.
- Review employee files and provide information to authorized individuals.
- Regularly receive guidance from supervisors and escalate questions and issues to more senior roles.
- Assist in supporting human resources operations and seek opportunities to enhance processes within established procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completion of a degree in Commerce, Arts stream, or an equivalent field.
Preferred skills:
- Possess at least 1 year of work experience in voice support processes within a BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Preferably have experience in inbound call handling, particularly in managing US or NATAM customers.
- Preferred experience includes query management for HR Tier 1 (HR Helpdesk) within a BPO/Contact Center/HR Shared Service Center environment.
