Key Responsibilities:
- Desired background in the Banking/Financial services sector, demonstrating a successful history in Service Delivery and Global Operations. Experience in AML and KYC/CDD/TM/Correspondent Banking/SAR operations, or broader banking operations, with intermediate to expert-level familiarity with quality control procedures and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in Screening comprehension and capability to resolve matches efficiently.
- Serving as the primary contact for TM inquiries and promptly escalating any suspicious activities to financial crime compliance (FCC).
- Possessing effective communication skills, including fluency in English, and adept at interpersonal interactions and relationship management.
- Demonstrating strong time management, organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities, along with effective multitasking skills. Capable of performing well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in problem-solving and utilizing information to devise innovative solutions.
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred skills:
