Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing operational efficiency by evaluating the information technology (IT) controls and processes of our clients, focusing on security and risk management operations.
  • Providing support for various live applications related to data privacy and security controls.
  • Delivering managed services programs using ITIL-aligned processes to maintain highly secure and available mission-critical systems, and address software vulnerabilities.
  • Implementing methodologies to monitor “smart” devices connected to the enterprise network.
  • Conducting continuous monitoring and security analytics as part of the Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • Providing incident response support, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and simplifying complex technical issues for clients during operations.
  • Integrating business requirements with technological solutions, which involves developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementation.
  • Assisting forensic accountants in detecting and measuring fraud or other violations.
  • Querying and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and utilizing predictive modeling capabilities.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of clients’ controls to ensure the reliability of their external financial reporting, compliance with regulations and laws, and the protection of mission-critical assets.

Preferred skills:

  • Bachelor’s degrees (B.E./B.Tech) in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE), or related Circuital branches.
  • Master’s degrees (ME/M.Tech/MCA) in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or Circuital branches.
  • Requirements:
  • Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 60% or equivalent, with no outstanding backlogs or arrears.
  • Applicants should not have undergone assessment by Deloitte within the previous six months.

General Expectations:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) essential for effective communication on a global, virtual platform.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and adherence to processes.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on resolving customer-reported issues in a highly impactful manner.
  • Moderate analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in computer programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python, as well as foundational knowledge in programming, Relational Databases, Networking Concepts, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for effective documentation and presentation.
  • Understanding and knowledge in the cybersecurity and risk domains are advantageous.
  • Demonstrates profound curiosity and agility in approaching tasks and challenges.
  • Inclination towards solving complex and challenging problems is highly desirable.
