Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with global acceptance teams to design, develop, and sustain advanced reporting and data visualization capabilities for handling extensive datasets, catering to analytics and reporting necessities across various products, markets, and services.
- Convert business requirements into concrete solution specifications and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Proficiently utilize tools to manipulate large-scale databases, extract data insights, offer initial insights, assessments, and conclusions, and present findings through Tableau/PowerBI dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Implement quality control measures, data validation processes, and data cleansing techniques for both new and existing data sources.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics; M.S./M.B.A. preferred.
- Proficiency in data management, data mining, data analytics, data reporting, data product development, and quantitative analysis.
- Previous experience in a Financial Institution or Payments environment is advantageous.
- Ability to present data findings in a readable and insight-driven format, including building professional PowerPoint decks.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL coding.
- Familiarity with Platforms/Environments such as SQL Server, Microsoft BI Stack, and Python.
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is beneficial.
- Experience in constructing data models is a positive attribute.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI; Tableau Certification is advantageous.
- Experience with Hadoop environments, Hive, and Python is a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated technical expertise, drive, and ability to learn new technologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Capable of working effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to interact with management and internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Proficiency in operating under ambiguity and making judgments within a team setting.
