Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and maintenance services to customers utilizing the Apptio SaaS solution, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Manage operational tasks for clients, including data loading, maintenance, and validation of dashboard/report outputs.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, striving to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operate as an integral part of our extended support team within a startup environment, going above and beyond to surpass customer expectations.
- Apply business and technical analysis skills, along with knowledge of IT environments, to address complex issues and advocate for best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in relational database concepts and their practical application.
- Basic programming skills and comprehension of web development principles, including languages like Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience working with Cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Competent in handling large datasets in Excel, adept at swiftly identifying and resolving data-related issues.
- Capable of creating technical designs through iterative mockups.
- Specific expertise in IT services and financial management, encompassing budgeting, cost allocations, capital and operating expense management, program portfolio oversight, and application/infrastructure support.
- Operational understanding of IT infrastructure domains, including data centers, network/communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, and application development and maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and manipulation techniques.
- Ability to quickly understand complex spreadsheets/data and streamline processes within the Apptio solution using formulaic logic (e.g., Excel).
- Self-motivated individual capable of grasping complex concepts with minimal assistance.
- Ability to effectively switch focus between multiple complex work streams.
- Intuitive aptitude for breaking down problems into basic components to efficiently identify root causes.
- Client-centric approach, serving as an advocate for customers.
- Collaborative team player with effective communication and presentation skills.
