Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of marketing analytics for card product/s to address business challenges and facilitate business expansion. This includes evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and conducting P&L assessments.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in tools such as SAS, Python, and SQL for data engineering tasks. Ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights to shape actionable strategies in card services.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to develop customer segmentation, leveraging modeling tools to create frameworks for differentiated offering strategies aimed at enhancing marketing efficiencies.
- Engage regularly with business units to grasp their goals and priorities, serving as an effective partner in devising strategies through customer-focused analysis and performance evaluation to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Support business growth objectives by comprehending business requirements and delivering concise, insightful, and timely analytics on key trends through comprehensive data analysis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a BS/BA/MS degree in an analytical field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Finance.
Preferred skills:
- Possess expertise in SAS/SQL and proficiency in programming languages such as R/Python.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of advanced statistical concepts (essential) and familiarity with machine learning techniques (Nice to have).
- Have experience in manipulating large and complex databases and developing suitable data models to analyze and address business challenges.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
- Preferably possess an understanding of credit card P&L.
- Have 1-3.5 years of relevant experience.
