Key Responsibilities:
- Support the reporting team by providing insights, analytics, and assisting in the preparation of data and presentations.
- Contribute to project delivery aimed at helping clients achieve their sustainability reporting objectives.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of JLL’s sustainability reporting application and its role in assisting clients in measuring sustainability performance.
- Aid the team in achieving client delivery milestones, ensuring timely completion.
- Provide business case support for site changes, including sublets, dispositions, capital projects, and acquisition of new sites.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports on site performance, focusing on cost and utilization metrics.
- Track and report purchase orders (P.O.), ensuring reconciliation with vendor contracts.
- Monitor and track preventative maintenance for critical systems, evaluating expenditure against contract terms and adhering to established schedules.

Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate a passion for Sustainability and the ability to gather associated Data and Reporting.
- Possess intermediate-level proficiency in Excel.
- Display skills in deriving insights, visualizing elements, and presenting data effectively.
