Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the reporting team by providing insights, analytics, and assisting in the preparation of data and presentations.
  • Contribute to project delivery aimed at helping clients achieve their sustainability reporting objectives.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of JLL’s sustainability reporting application and its role in assisting clients in measuring sustainability performance.
  • Aid the team in achieving client delivery milestones, ensuring timely completion.
  • Provide business case support for site changes, including sublets, dispositions, capital projects, and acquisition of new sites.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports on site performance, focusing on cost and utilization metrics.
  • Track and report purchase orders (P.O.), ensuring reconciliation with vendor contracts.
  • Monitor and track preventative maintenance for critical systems, evaluating expenditure against contract terms and adhering to established schedules.
