Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of work with 100% accuracy, emphasizing the necessity for processed data to be error-free.
- Meet project targets by achieving and maintaining the required Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
- Demonstrate responsiveness by effectively communicating with Team Leads as needed throughout the process.
- Uphold diligence and sincerity in consistently meeting client deliverables on time, without exceptions.
- Embrace a sense of ownership and accountability, where the candidate is responsible for both the quality and success of the output and outcomes of their work.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a degree or be in the process of completing graduation.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate basic computer knowledge.
- Exhibit proficiency in working with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Gmail.
- Display an adaptable nature, demonstrating the willingness and ability to deliver results in accordance with the evolving requirements of our clients.
