Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer interactions according to assigned schedules and parameters.
- Take ownership of calls when engaged with customers.
- Respond to customers using appropriate tone and language.
- Provide solution-based approaches for all customer interactions.
- Educate customers at every available opportunity.
- Ensure continuous updates on product, system, process, and policy knowledge.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts, timings, and assigned activities.
- Capture relevant customer details and data during calls or service.
- Resolve customer queries within agreed-upon timelines.
- Execute outbound campaigns in line with business requirements.
- Cultivate, expand, and retain the customer base through relationship building and quality service.
- Abide by all contact center policies, procedures, code of conduct, and legislative requirements.

Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate expertise in customer service.
- Have experience in managing outbound telecom campaigns.
