Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct month-end result calculations, consolidation, and forecast for the remaining year, along with budgeting for future years.
- Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of results, offering commentary on changes from prior forecasts and budgets.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, as well as ad-hoc reports, presenting results and drivers to senior management.
- Improve controls and streamline processes, integrating automation where applicable.
- Collaborate on projects aimed at fostering global consistency and creating synergies within the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related technical field.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Display inquisitiveness, enthusiasm, and diligence, with the ability to challenge peers constructively.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively articulating complex issues.
