Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in organizing and coordinating the onboarding process for new employees.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth integration of new team members.
- Ensure the completion of exit checklists for departing employees.
- Assist in preparing materials for performance evaluations and tracking associated timelines.
- Provide support to captains and employees regarding performance-related inquiries.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of career ladders for different functions.
- Collaborate with captains to identify learning needs among the team.
- Assist in managing rewards and recognition initiatives, including the management of associated tools.
- Maintain records of employee achievements and contributions.
- Support the People Success team in data collection, entry, and analysis.
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards to gain insights and support data-driven decisions.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing and streamlining people-related processes.
- Assist in documenting and updating standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to the review and update of people-related policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ 12th Pass
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Display a demonstrated interest in People Success (People Ops) and employee lifecycle management.
- Capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Proactively approach tasks, adaptability to changes, and a willingness to learn and contribute.
