Key Responsibilities:
- Execute, modify, update, and assist in the automation of ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) and business intelligence reports.
- Conduct data analysis and synthesis.
- Develop reusable code using Python, PySpark, and Hive. Establish various conda/pip environments, and utilize git to save and enhance code within repositories.
- Adhere to best coding and documentation practices.
- Actively participate in retrospectives, strategy creation, stand-ups, and contribute to team development.
- Advocate for a risk-free environment concerning our products and services.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Demonstrate proven experience in delivering products or services within the specified domain.
- Capable of proactively establishing timelines and milestones in collaboration with the Product Manager and other team members.
- Possess awareness and working skill proficiency in “Programming and build,” “Testing,” “Technical Understanding,” and “Data Analysis and Synthesis.”
- Exhibit a willingness to further develop these skills to meet professional standards.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in using dashboard tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Looker.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of Human Resources and Human Behavior.
- Experience in the complete cycle of developing data products, including working with large datasets in various formats (csv, xlsx, Json, parquet, Hadoop, Hive, SQL) and generating systematic reports for customers.
- Knowledge of statistics, including logistic/linear regressions or t-tests.
