Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support to ensure accurate management of employee data.
- Support all facets of HRIS, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and deployment.
- Demonstrate functional expertise in Talent Management systems, such as Oracle, for consulting HR business partners and offering end-user support.
- Collaborate with IT/Tech teams to devise implementation and upgrade plans, along with recommendations for HRIS/HRMS functionalities.
- Anticipate and address the needs of Business & Project by fostering effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Clearly comprehend work expectations, timelines, and efforts, and adeptly handle pressure with a keen focus on details.
- Adhere to risk management requirements, ensuring vigilance for potential threats while managing employee data and onboarding various employee types (full-time, part-time, contractors, retainers, etc.).
- Conduct data audits, research, and resolve reporting/data entry discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain process documents and necessary reports as required by the business.

- Bachelor’s Degree/ PG/ MBA

- Possesses strong problem-solving and data management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates personal drive and a positive work ethic to achieve results within tight deadlines and demanding situations.
- Exhibits flexibility to adapt to various engagement types, working hours, and diverse work environments and locations.
- Displays excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor communication for appropriate levels of detail.
- Ensures the maintenance of deliverable quality and suggests process enhancements.
- Prefers experience with Service Request modules in the HR domain.
- Holds experience in Employee Data Management and possesses working knowledge of HRMS/HRIS tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Taleo, Workday, etc.
