Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate sales-qualified leads.
- Pose relevant questions to comprehend leads and guide them through the presales process.
- Assume responsibility for the complete sales qualification life cycle for assigned leads, including cold calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all lead interactions and consistently provide feedback on lead quality to the respective team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Lead Generation Associate possessing outstanding Hindi communication skills (both written and verbal), strong interpersonal abilities, and proficient English proficiency.
- Individuals with a systematic approach to constructing sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently surpassing targets within specified deadlines.
- Demonstrates a sales mindset, effectively communicating high-paying career opportunities to potential learners, and driving sales-qualified leads.
- Willingness to work in a high-growth startup environment.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient native speaker of Hindi.
- Possesses an added advantage of good proficiency in English.
