Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Customer Investments for ICS business through rigorous economic evaluations.
- Align and oversee the calculation of profitability metrics (iCMV) for ICS customer treatments, including Upgrades, Supps, and Companions, in accordance with the finance framework.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams to extend the Investment Optimization framework to new treatments and revenue sources for the ICS Business.
- Demonstrate a high level of expertise in guiding the data strategy through statistical analysis, decision support logic, and data techniques.
- Take on the exciting opportunity to drive improvements in generating data-driven actionable strategies that support business growth initiatives.
- Assume a challenging role that requires a keen focus on developing and implementing effective data strategies to enhance business performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 0-3 years of pertinent experience in the Analytics, Modeling, or Decision Science domain, showcasing valuable expertise.
- Hold an advanced degree in a field related to statistics, business, economics, or decision science, demonstrating a strong educational background.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate proactive thinking and quick decision-making abilities for high-visibility deliverables with tight timelines, navigating complex situations of ambiguity and time pressure.
- Exhibit exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven track record of successfully influencing business decisions.
- Showcase technical proficiency in data mining and customer segmentation techniques using tools such as SQL, Hive, Python, etc.
