Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactions and merchants to promptly identify and respond to risks and potential fraud.
- Address transaction queries, particularly when discrepancies lead to disputes raised by customers.
- Collaborate closely with partner banks and Cybercell to manage chargebacks and customer disputes, ensuring timely recovery to minimize losses.
- Engage in communication with merchants or customers to comprehend and resolve queries and concerns.
- Explore innovative approaches to risk reduction by providing insights for process enhancement, aiming to minimize monetary losses.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree
Preferred skills:
- Freshers with familiarity in customer support applications or CRMs like Freshdesk.
- Possesses interpersonal skills, exhibiting a friendly and pleasant demeanor in phone and email interactions.
