Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial interviews and managing various rounds of assessments and interviews.
- Sourcing candidates from diverse channels and screening resumes and applications.
- Collaborating with hiring managers as needed during the recruitment process.
- Communicating with management and team members to provide status updates.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive search strategies for recruiting both technical and non-technical talent.
- Engaging in employee engagement projects.
- Fulfilling any other delegated responsibilities and serving as a backup for generalist tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses an analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to relentless follow-up.
- Exhibits the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Maintains excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred skills:
- Valuable experience in a Start-up environment is a significant advantage.
