Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst:
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing sales and post-sales activities for outbound travel, covering both domestic and international destinations.
- Engage with customers through email and calls, addressing inquiries and providing suitable itineraries.
- Efficiently manage leads to achieve conversion targets.
- Exhibit expertise in selling various destinations, encompassing both domestic and international short-haul locations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in sales, sales support, and handling holiday packages, outbound tours, and tour packages, including travel booking.
- Skilled in accounting functions and operations, with expertise in financial operations, Excel, bank reconciliation, and closing processes.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in using Navision and Microsoft Dynamics NAV for accounting and managing accounts receivable.
