Key Responsibilities for Tele Associate:
- Freelance work from home within the specified working hours.

- Educate sellers about IndiaMART, create their profiles, address inquiries, and enhance the quality of outputs.
Key Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Executive:
- Responsible for Business Hiring and Stakeholder Management.
- Possesses hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of Sales/Non-Tech hiring.
- Reviews requisitions, comprehends hiring needs, and conducts searches to identify suitable candidates.
- Demonstrates the ability to recruit passive candidates, focusing on “profiling people and gauging chemistry” for fit and understanding their motivations, rather than simply selling a role.
- Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, showcasing the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through a high offer-to-interview ratio.
