Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the design, implementation, management, and ongoing enhancement of the Legal data strategy.
- Understand business needs and potential data, determining the necessary data collection in Legal, its storage, access permissions, and utilization for emerging technology solutions.
- Collaborate with central teams to optimize the use of centralized data sets, resources, and tools. Determine data sharing, access requirements, and product creation.
- Manage data access to ensure Legal teams have the necessary data access both within and outside of Legal.
- Proactively design, assess, and implement programs within Legal that leverage data to drive better outcomes, including insights and work improvements.
- Stay abreast of developments in data and insights, both internally and externally, and apply this knowledge to our strategy, short-term plans, and daily activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams with strong people development skills.
- Deep expertise in data architecture, curation, and modeling tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Familiarity with Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, Qlik, and data visualization.
- Working knowledge of data science tools, including Jupyter, SQL, Python, Azure, and GCP.
- Exposure to data analytics, encompassing modeling and visualization.
- Fluent in English.

- Proficient in technology and data understanding.
- Strong evaluation and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying real issues, anticipating requirements, and understanding potential consequences.
- Logical reasoning skills, demonstrating a rationale behind recommendations and achieving consensus on proposed outcomes.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, adept at dealing confidently, tactfully, and appropriately with individuals from different disciplines and at all organizational levels.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, able to establish robust relationships with multiple global stakeholders quickly using virtual tools, actively listening, understanding, and responding to concerns.
- Prioritization skills, comfortable operating within a large and complex environment with multiple stakeholders and interest groups.
