Key Responsibilities:
- Learn, design, and implement technical solutions to address business requirements.
- Develop scalable and resilient products using advanced technologies.
- Solve complex data engineering problems to enhance product functionality.
- Implement products using Cloud Native technologies for improved efficiency.
- Focus on designing products that deliver an exceptional Customer Experience.
- Contribute to the design and development of DevOps features to streamline processes.
- Provide technical support to development teams, assisting in the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices.
- Configure and support build, deployment, and test infrastructure for efficient workflows.
- Troubleshoot DevOps infrastructure issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Offer thought leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and mentorship to enhance team capabilities.
- Lead by example, working hands-on with global teams to innovate, create solutions, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and SRE teams to understand needs, develop solutions, and address challenges.
- Work with the Security Engineering team to develop security solutions and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders to align goals and objectives.
- Automate manual, repetitive tasks related to software build, deployment, and operations.
- Develop guidelines and support documentation for efficient knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to research and analysis of existing and emerging technologies to enhance DevOps maturity.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet security, risk, and audit requirements without causing outages.
- Collaborate with teams to promote knowledge sharing and contribute to team knowledge bases.
- Maintain detailed documentation for environment specifications and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Implement cloud solutions and technologies to optimize infrastructure and processes.
- Design and develop software products to meet business needs and industry standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing a B.Tech (CS/ IT) degree in Computer Science and Information Technology.
- Proficient in programming using Python, C#, Java, or other languages with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Familiarity with databases, including SQL/PL-SQL, and proficiency in writing queries for relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Ability to document requirements and specifications effectively.
- Strong communication skills, capable of producing clear, concise, and detailed documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24/5 environment, including rotational shifts.
Preferred skills:
- Fundamental understanding of Linux/Windows operating systems, networking, and 3-tier applications.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud technologies, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Github is advantageous.
