Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, establishing trust and ensuring a unified channel of communication.
- Conduct regular employee coaching sessions to guide and support individuals throughout their career journey, fostering appropriate expectations and bridging cultural gaps.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the process of connecting employees to projects, assisting them in identifying optimal internal roles aligned with their interests and aspirations.
- Facilitate high-touch, one-on-one career discussions to ensure a personalized and inclusive Career Experience.
- Take accountability for addressing issues related to career development, engagement, compensation, training, and performance achievement, ensuring timely closure through performance counseling.
- Assist employees in navigating the organization, offering guidance on broader performance and career goals.
- Function as HR Coaches during the Performance cycle, actively contributing to annual compensation reviews and the administration of variable pay.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and recommend suitable talent for development programs.
- Recognize and address business needs for special projects driven by the group’s unique requirements, such as engagement initiatives, attrition management, and change management.
