Key Responsibilities:
- Debug reported problems and design, develop, and unit test code fixes as L3 Support Engineers.
- Utilize programming languages employed in the product and possess an in-depth understanding of the environment for testing code fixes.
- Understand and articulate the impact on other components in the product.
- May assist L2 Service Specialists in conducting problem determination and analysis on client systems.
- Depending on the severity level of a problem, collaborate directly with clients through conference calls or onsite visits.
- Offer client insight and feedback regarding the client environment to the development organization responsible for existing and new product development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in programming languages including C, C++, VC++, C#, and Python.
- Experienced in manual and automated testing using Selenium with Java, covering functional, database, API testing, and Python.
- Skilled in manual, web, and functional testing, with expertise in RPA (Automation Anywhere).
- Possess product knowledge, particularly in C and C++.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins and Python.
Preferred skills:
- Hold a basic graduation degree from a reputable college.
- Provide customer support for ECM software products, including troubleshooting, problem determination, log and trace analysis, defect fix development and testing, incident management, and communication with customers.
- Proficient in manual testing, with optional knowledge of automation testing.
- Possess database knowledge in MSSQL and Oracle.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Windows, AIX, Solaris, and HPUX.
