Key Responsibilities:
- Validate documents submitted by candidates for background verification.
- Follow up with candidates/associates for insufficient or unverifiable documents.
- Collaborate closely with vendor inplants to facilitate the closure of ongoing processes.
- Validate vendor reports and take necessary corrective actions.
- Escalate issues to vendor leadership in case of validation discrepancies.
- Maintain daily dashboards for assigned cases.
- Adhere to SLA timelines for case closure.
- Address queries raised by candidates, associates, and clients.
- Analyze background verification reports for audit preparations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate Degree
Preferred skills:
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, capable of generating ad hoc reports based on specific requirements.
- Have a basic understanding of background verification processes.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI is considered an added advantage (optional).
